Some of the most haunting and lilting songs that I have heard are those that are not accompanied by music. Once, I was invited to attend a concert and the a cappella group just blew me away with their voices. As you now, singing is praising God’s twice. Therefore, when those beautiful voices were put together to praise God, the voices touched every nerves of mine. You feel joyful, sad, exuberant and so many other emotions at the same time.
In case you are looking for beautiful voices, music sheets or wish to find anything related, then, you probably wants to know about this a cappella store. Check them out. The site is very huge so take time to explore.

The music proper to the Roman Rite of the Catholic Church is Gregorian chant which is meant to be sung unaccompanied — that’s right, even without the organ (which is the instrument of choice for the Roman Rite)! I agree that a cappella music is “haunting” in some wonderful way.
