These few days, a lot of things have been bugging me. There are times when I get so fed-up with the names calling by different faiths against my Lord. Most times, I wish to hurl back the same kind of kiddies names they used. But I know the other party won’t tolerate it and will blow into a huge storm.
So, it takes a lot of inner soul searching, a lot of patience and most of all, closed eyes and zipped mouth. God’s reminder that we should leave things in His hands rings in my ears. I recall the times when God’s own patience was tested in the First Testament. I remember how God’s subjects have been fighting and killing each other since time immemorial. So, in God I trust.
I try to stick to what I know about Christ. How he was taunted, spat on, trampled and tortured. And at the end of it, He said, “Forgive them, Father, for they do not know what they do.” But I am human. I am not Christ. I don’t have that kind of patience Job had.
Bah! I guess I can just rant on and on and on and in the end, something will materialise like God intended it to be.

When we blog and declare ourselves Christian, we are being ambassadors of Christ. What we write represents what we believe in. After all, we are known as God’s children. And the old saying “Like Father Like Son” is true.
We must be careful with what we write because God makes each of us accountable for what we do, say or write. We cannot escape that fact. He is watching.
