I know it is not Christmas yet. But heck, I just discovered Rhydian Roberts. He is the second runner-up of the British show X Factor 4 which is like American Idol. He didn’t win but he has already signed a British pound 1 million contract with BMG records.
His rendition of O Holy Night should have won him the champion of X Factor 4 but unfortunately, he lost to Leon Jackson.

Rhydian: Hey Kimmie, I believe in angels and I do believe in heaven. I don’t think this world purely came about as a scientific accident. I think there is a deeper meaning to life and the thought of heaven kinda excites me. One day I could be an angel which would fullfill my desire to fly…No airport queuing! He-he-he! Perfect!

Rhydian Roberts is sublime, I agree he should have won, he’s my favourite singer of all time. O holy night is my favourite carol, and his version is my favourite version. It will be great if he makes it big in the United States as he is a true star and a fabulous singer. He is a really really nice person also with a very kind heart and writes amazingly nice replies to the fan mail I send him. He has sent me beautiful letters and has said really nice things to me. We love him here in the UK where I’m from and I’m sure America will love him too. He is a devout Christian and says being a Christian is the best thing that’s ever happened to him. I love Rhydian forever.
