I have heard of Thomas Beattie’s case for a few days already and now, I found this Youtube of the pregnant man on oprah. If I have not seen the pregnant man on oprah, I wouldn’t have believe the news. But as you know, Oprah Winfrey’s show is quite popular and he even shows the ultrasound of his baby. He is six months pregnant now.
In brief, the story is like this. Thomas Beattie was formerly a girl and had a sex change sometime in his 20s. However, he did not have the womb removed. He got married with a woman. The wife cannot conceive and hence, they decided that Thomas will be the surrogate mother, or is it father? Bleargh, I am confused.
The reason I am putting this video on this faith blog is how these things challenge us every day. Of course, I know that in a nutshell, this is something that is frown upon by the faith but then, the miracle of life is indeed in this woman-man-woman’s body. So, I wish Thomas a safe pregnancy and may the little baby be born to a loving home, albeit a very confusing one to me.

I read about this news before… I thought man finally can get pregnant
But anyway, I think Thomas really put his heart on the baby, too much on baby = too man…

Everyone in America needs to get one thing straight. This is not a man getting pregnant she is still a woman. God made her a women and she will always be a women in God’s eyes. So NO AMERICA a man did NOT get pregnant!!!!!!
